Please note that due to the high number of nominations we anticipate each week, we might not be able to respond to you unless your nomination is successful. You'll see on the form that there is space for you to indicate the level of urgency/need - please make sure you fill this bit out accurately... if the person you are nominating can wait a couple of weeks, or if you know their need is upcoming rather than right now, that doesn't harm your chances of being selected.

Also, all unsuccessful nominations are kept on file and are reviewed again each week, so even if you're not successful the first week, you might still be successful later down the line. All nominations are kept in a secure manner in line with GDPR guidelines.
